Bumblebee color code chart. The colors have the same numerical value as Resistors.

I see the same, assuming first color band is brown.
.0012 uf, 5% @ 600v ; physical size looks right too.

Ok so this 1.2 cap is for the horiz in this little RCA 8 inch black and white set I have a picture but it's 3 images and cannot adjust it out with the horiz adjust which states in the schematic horiz frequency adjustment. Checked resistors , tubes , did caps around the horiz just cannot get it. There is a 390 mica off pin 7 of the 6cg7 horiz oscillator tube to ground, so maybe I'll put Micas together to make 390 and see if this helps otherwise any help would be great. The cap with the color codes above that I asked about is .0012 on the schematic so I put in its place 1200 pf mica so it should be ok but the frequency is obviously wrong because of 3 images. I have an app that coverts NF to PF so I don't know maybe it's wrong.

Is it not .012 5% 600V? In other words 12000pf or 12nf. ie 1st two bands are brown and red (12). The multiplier is orange (1000) then green is the tolerance (5%) then blue is the voltage (600V). (The third band looks orange on my screen)

Well either way I found the cap in the schematic and its .0012 and I assume it's NF so in pf I just want to make sure 1.2 or 1200 pf is the same.

This cap is C-74 on the sams for the RCA 8PT series it is stated to be .0012, 600v.
The color code I see in the cap. in question is brown red red green blue or 12x100, 5%, 600V which agrees.

1200 pf equals 1.2 nf equals .0012 mf (sometimes written just .0012 or .0012uf).

I goofed with the 1.2, I was in hurry, yeah that sounds right.

It is of course a .0012@600v. It's Brown Red, Red. with a Blue voltage band.

I looked at the schematic at the ETF website. The only .0015 @ 600 volts is in the boost circuit.
I'd be more interested in the .01 mfd across the sine wave coil. That determines the horiz frequency.

The .01 uf cap is connected across Coil L16, horizontal waveform adjust. If this is set wrong the picture won't lock horizontally. As dieseljeep noted.
