sears sr 3000 crt tv

well first i have brought this tv to life it was dead fuse clips and re-soldered the flyback connections and the tv now works was getting a line then some adjustments then got the screen and now i only have some color brightness issue and bulb take about 30 to 60 sec to turn on as in warm up ? is that normal?

Its normal for a CRT TV to take a minute or so to display a picture. "Some" sets were built with a feature that kept the CRT filament on, at a reduced voltage when the set was turned off, and this allowed for a quicker display. I don't know if your set has this feature.
