If I didn't have a bad back I might consider it, but I don't live anywhere near Michigan so you are somewhat far away.
But I could really get it if I really wanted it, you know what I'm sayin'?
But I digress... Ive come to realize that if I'm not willing to make an effort to get something, then I probably really don't want it

So in situations like this when all you get are people telling you they'd take it but they won't make any efforts to come get it, you just need to cut your losses (pun intended) and cut the TV up and give the chassis (or any other metallic components which can be scrapped by a metal recycling center) to a less fortunate individual who can benefit from the scrap money. Considering todays economic conditions, there are many a people who could benefit from the gift of a scrap Magnavox TV chassis (or any other metallic chassis, such as but not limited to a Zenith or an RCA for example). The wood cabinet can be broken apart and stored for firewood so you can heat your home in the winter season. That means less energy waisted on natural gas to heat your home (or electric heat if your home does NOT have natural gas service). So you see, in the end, everyone wins

I had one just like this in '85 or '86. Used to stop by the Salvation Army across the tracks from the Kingdome. Always a basement-full of sweet Maggies and RCA's They're still there, but the vintage TV's have dried up, except for tired imported junk priced sky-high.

im working on a deal right now with the guy who had the zenith roundie on ebay who lives in three rivers, and he will deliver it to me if i build him a bar 48x32x80 from the style he's wanting its looking like tv plus cash , see what happened after rebuilding that tv cabinet gave me an idea on making some money and get a roundie same time ,he mentioned that he might gut the tv and make a bar out of it i told instead of doing that ill just make the bar and give me the tv plus cost of supplys and everyones happy.

It's a console so you'll need a van or truck to get it. It has a 23" screen and is about 4 feet long, 2 feet deep and about 2 and a half feet tall. Good luck! Have fun with it.

And, uhh, you MIGHT wanna bring a couple-three STOUT fellows & a boy or 2 to help carry it...TVs CAN be very "Unwieldy", to say the least. I dunno how old you are, but I'm 55, & I DON'T much like liftin' heavy stuff anymore...Having had a stroke & a bad knee didn't help either.

Yes sanjarali, these tv's weigh at the least 80 lbs.
Hope you have help and a strong back. And like Zenithfan1 said, use a truck or van. You might destroy the tv, or car, or both for that matter if you dont have a truck. Uhaul can rent a cheap trick for like 20 dollars. It's well worth it. Good luck

He's not. It's more BS. It's now changed to "Modulator" Very funny....I am one and don't advertise it. He really must be bored or something. Let's ignore it.

We changed his status to something a bit more appropriate

It was either that, or make him an admin, which would be kinda like allowing an ebola-infected laboratory spider monkey to pilot a rocket-powered hydroplane......random and exciting, but not too smart

That I like. Maybe a common phrase in your neck of the woods but new to me.
