Here's a very special set for somebody...

Item number: 280638534137

It appears to just need a cap or two. Incredible looking CRT since it looks original on top of being brightly colorful.

I was looking again at ebay pics of the set and I bet the caps are working good for now. Maybe just a resistor or two for the vertical. Cabinet looks incredible from the front.

When it was fixing tvs for people, every customer thought vertical shrinkage was 'I think it needs a new picture tube'.

Thats a sweet a set with a good starting price. I hope someone here will step up with an open wallet and outbid the fishtankers.

If you're looking for a CTC-10, why not have a rare Emerson version? They sure didn't do too much to disguise it. I like that Emerson color insignia on the control panel.

So...Did RCA supply them with the chassis, or were they licensed to copy the year old models? My untrained eye can't spot any differences.

Looks like it has CTC-11 printed on the back of the chassis. Late '61 or '62 model. Not many of these around.

You're right Kevin. I viewed it on an HDTV screen. Less resolution, looked like CTC-11.

Someone retracted their $175 bid, "Entered wrong amount"

It's back down to $51

It's at $76 now. I sure hope I win this one. I have been looking for a CTC-10 for a long time and to have one that has the uniqueness of being an Emerson, rebranded RCA is pretty cool.

Keeping my fingers crossed!
