CRT Test Went South?

I got a Philco 49-1002 with a 10BP4 CRT. I hooked it up to my BK467 tester. At first there was no cutoff as expected. After a few minutes the cutoff started to work and the emissions started to climb. After about 5 minutes or so the needle was at the bottom of the green. I left it for about 15 minutes and when I came back, the needle was well into the green. Not quite mid scale into the green. Not bad.
I then hooked up my Beltron and after bringing up the filament to 6.3V I have good glow but zero emissions on the meter. What?!! I double checked the connections and the connector and the same thing. Zero, nada, zip.
I then hooked up the BK467 again, and set the filament to 6.3V (good glow), this time zero cutoff and zero emissions.
I'm perplexed. What happened? Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks.

Reflow the solder on all the base pins. If you have a cold solder joint it can come and go like that.
