Plugging my numbers into Tim's proposal:

10307 326 5 01
10307 356 5 02
10307 020 6 04

Makes the case for me. Thanks for your expertise, Tim.

10307 could be some code that identifies it as the TV-123 Chassis
326 and 020 could refer to the day of the year of manufacture (1-366)
5 and 6 identify the last digit of the year
01 and 04 identify the Run numbers

Given the number of known production runs just doubled some questions come to mind. Were the same amount of sets made per run? If so how come so few run 3 and 4 sets have been found? Were the later ones plagued with a bad production change, or are there a bunch of later production Philco 123 color sets stacked in a dealer's basement somewhere? Could this model have been made and sold longer and in greater numbers than has been thought?

Great to see this set-the 123 would be on of my ultimate finds. I'd trade a couple pickup loads of sets for one (honest! Try me!)
