I'm afraid all I can tell you is that it cross references to Thordarson FLY-399.

Ya never know some flys are electrically compatible, but not mechanically compatible(thus not listed as direct subs). If you can get a schematic for a set that uses the fly you have, and all the wireing and component values are the same as in your set it may work with some creative mounting.

Hate to be the one to say this, but if Moyers said it was NLA it probably is. They would've been glad to sell you one if there was a well-known substitute fly. Just my opinion and based on previous searches.

well thats the first step now that its listed as a fly 399 now i have to find out what chassis it was used in and then compare diagrams on sams for both.

well dead end again since moyers tells me he has no way to back cross to which chassis it was used in but did tell me this fly and 2 other numbers use the same fly,A06,A07,BO6, the same main number but the end was different but the same fly 399.

Well if you can find a library with Sam's folders on file you could flip through the color schematics and pull any color motorola folders from within a few months to years of your set and look for the ID number of your spare fly in the parts lists. I have a couple of boxes of semi-random Sam's folders that I search before I go to the library for one.
I'd search my stash for you, but I've been too busy to get in to the garage lately.

That fly is probably from the smaller chassis such as TS914. They made and sold a lot more of those models.

thats probably why there is aftermarket for that one and not the set i have.

The 399 was used with chassis 18TS-597, 18TS-921, C18TS-921, H20TS-921, J20TS-921, K20TS-921, M23TS-921, N23TS-921, R23TS-921, I think that's all.
