The test jug(s) made by RCA (and by others) can be adapted to work with a CT100 chassis. I have not done this myself, but know of other collectors who have done so.

Thanks John...at least i know now that this is possible. It would still be cool to hear from someone who has actually done it though just to see whats involved. I guess i got the main question answered anyway.

Looks like it went for $1025.00 . My bid didn't make it at $ 988.00 Maybe I'll keep looking at E-Bay and just hope!

I assumed, going in, that it would be too rich for my blood. I didn't even bid, even though I would have gladly taken it for that price. I wonder if everybody felt the same way, so nobody bid.

Wow, you got a deal! Dud tubes often go for nearly that.

Till such time as a good 15GP22 can be found may I suggest this alternative

Congrats! The set is number 114 on the Living CT-100 List. I have the chassis serial number, but not the cabinetry numbers. If you wish to share the cabinet serial numbers when you get the set, I'll add them to the list.

Wow; was there a problem at eBay at the last minute??? I thought we'd see 2 or 3 times that. Well, maybe this spells hope for those non-millionaires who still need to add a CT-100 to their collection

I think that is a scam. Be careful and don't write them.

DONT RESPOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you have the slightest thought that it's real, go to the original eBay item page and click "ask seller a question". Also, you can go to your "My eBAY" account, and check your official eBay messages. It will be there if it's real, but that doesn't guarantee that it isn't a fraud. That will just mean that it was sent through eBay's official messaging and it MIGHT be real.
