RCA Console TV

Have a 1985 RCA ColorTrax Console TV with 25 Inch CRT and Stereo Sound System. I am looking for some information on the following, as I am not a Repairman myself.

I have been noticing that this TV when first turned On is very bright in nature and then dims to the proper level that it's currently set at. It comes on with a Bright Gray/Blue Color, then turns very Green in Color. It then is Normal in Color. The Picture for a short time is very much Green.

Also, I have tried to adjust Focus, and Sharpness, but the picture to Me remains very soft looking which adds a slight blur.

I would enjoy hearing what information anyone has on this subject.

It had some connections and caps replaced about 2 Years ago by the Person who Works on it for Me.

Sounds like the CRT may be worn out.

Put up a U tube video of the warm up.
Turn the color level all the way DOWN for it & run some normal
programing. Also post the chassis number CTC###

Sounds like its the 200 V source filter cap, that can give a brite pix &
also a poor pix, & other probs other things.

I can try a U Tube Vide sometime. The Chassis of this Set is CTC131A/M.

I forgot to mention, the Blurriness didn't seem to so much a problem, until I had to switch my Satellite Equipment over to HD Receiver from SD Receiver. I had to use an RF Modulator for this hookup, as HD Receiver only has RCA Out and no more Coax out.
