Color TV 50th article

I was reading Thursday's Wisconsin State Journal and there was a short article about the 50th for color TV. Not a lot of meat. Mainly just the percentages of TV ownership with a few personal stories about somebody's first color set. They did mention the CT-100 but no pics.

I suspect this was a news service story so it should be in lots of other papers.

I believe it was a news wire article. It also appeared on USA Today online. Kind of too general I thought. They could have documented the struggle to make a color Tv work. Many folks take the marvel of color tv for granted today. Back then it was a marvel of technology. It is still a marvel of technology. How many millions of folks watch a Tv every day and do not know even the basics of how it works? Or even what it took to bring that innovation to our house. Plus, the hoopla of the invention when it first came out.
