Need help with a dead Betamax

Got a technics amp that ive had for 15 years bought it used at pawn shop its probably an early 80s model the volume and balance controls are starting to get hard to push in it. I always use the remote so I dont worry about it, however these 4 legged parts were used in so much stuff even some things today still have them you could probably buy a bag of them from ebay for 15 bucks
