Picture Tube Tester
Can anyone help with finding a copy of instructions for a Lectrotech CRT-100 Picture Tube Analyzer?
When I bought it there was no paper work, I figured what the heck can't be that difficult to operate - wrong. Everything I check it reads as dead, filaments do light up when testing. Appreciate any help. Thanks Chuck |

Do you have a picture of the tester, good enough so we can see the knobs? Perhaps we can puzzle it out.

First, the gun selector should be in position "R" as this is the "B/W" position on all testers I've ever seen. If you're testing a color tube, though, there is a gun connected regardless of the position of the switch, but for B/W tubes there is nothing to test unless the gun selector is set to the position to which the gun's elements are actually connected (almost always the "R" position).
