I've never seen it with short legs on a castered cart. This is the only version I've seen before: It was for sale in the Chicago suburbs in December of 2010 when I took these pictures.

I didn't buy it, although I now wish I had. My van was full that day, it would have required a second 400-mile round trip to get it home.

My son likes that show (He's 3) That other cart looks like it would hold up better, mine is starting to give a little under the weight of this heavy set.
After watching it for a while it developed some horizontal sync troubles, but it turned out to just be caused by that 330 ohm resistor which is well known for causing H sync problems. And it had already been replaced before, by a 1W! I would have put in 2W in there, but all I had was 1/2W and 1W, so I just put another 1W in there. And I polished up the cabinet...

Anyway, that's a sweet set, a real rarity. The SC600X is the original remote of course and the one with the white power/volume button is the correct replacement. Edit: I just noticed the part in the first post identifying it as a E-line set, my bad. I agree that the 600Z remote with the orange power button is probably the original. I think the Windermere is the 74 model, and the Avalon is the 73.
