Looks like there are 3-4 cool old tube consoles in that sale I would get. Lots of Zenith stuff in the Denver area, thats where I got my 60s Zenith consoles. The stuff is just everywhere in CO.

Looks like the console Hi-Fi my Aunt had when I visited her in 1959... I was 8, I picked up a record and she yelled "DON"T TOUCH THE GROOVES!" and I never did again. If it wasn't in Co I'd get it!

Ooh, I have that Magnavox console, it was top of the line for 55, a pair of 6V6 outputs for the two woofers (12" & 15"?) and another pair for the horn tweeter, it'll blast you right out of the house when cranked up!

Is the CRT huge or is the cabinet small? Either way it's unusual! Looks like it says Sparton? |
