I use a Tenma 72-6355 that I purchased from MCM decades ago. I don't think that model is available any more.
It paid for itself the first day it arrived.
Like they say, "don't leave home without it!"

Get an ESR meter. It is truly invaluable for troubleshooting. I prefer the analog meter style opposed to the digital style; If you're on the East coast, check MAT electronics. If you're on the West coast, check with Nesco Electronics in San Francisco 800-824-4300. They both carry the same meter. I own two, and carry one in my mobile toolkit. Very well made, Runs about $45 IIRC.
