I went to salvation army and over by the records saw about 20 8 tracks some lady brought in yesterday!! (I havent been to that one in about a week)

These were in BETTER shape than any 8 track I ever found @ salvation army!!

I got 4 cartridges

1) The best of the beach boys
2) Bee Gees Gold - Volume 1
3) Pat Benatar - Crimes of passion
4) The Moody Blues - Seventh Sojourn

I have already listenend to my Pat Benatar (1980) cartridge and it is INSANE!!!!!!

I went in the Sally Ann to root around for hook up cables for a 5.1 surround system that was given to me. I got every older RCA cable I could find, a component video cable, a S-video cable, an S-video-component adapter and a full set of casters that will fit my '79 Sylvania. It has the originals, but if a carpet has any give to it at all the TV is hard to move because the base is dragging on the carpet. My Electrohome and Sanyo consoles clear the carpet, but the Sanyo is so huge it's rather hard to move anyway.

Here are the "new" casters and one of the originals.

Maybe the old ones needed a shot of Castor Oil. One of my old attempts at humor.

But a good one nonetheless.

Makes me think of Eddie's dog in Christmas Vacation, he was said to have drank half a quart of Pennzoil. "When he lifted his leg the next day, whoa ho ho!"
