These are rack mounted NTSC video waveform / color vector scopes designed primarily for monitoring levels in a broadcast environment... they are not general purpose oscilloscopes, and would not be very useful for the tv restorer. If one is a collector of Tektronix equipment or TV broadcast gear, these items might be of some interest.
