Rca tk-60 camera power supply

I am attempting to restore an RCA TK-60 camera chain. I have
a pretty good RCA book (IB-30598) that descibes the camera and
the processor, but nothing about the power supply, which turns out
to be a WP-16 rack mounted thing.

Has anyone any info on the power supply, like a schematic?

The main problem for now is the cabling. It seems like with
old cameras the cabling gets thrown to the wind. In the case
of this thing, the output of the power supply is via Jones plugs
and the power input to the processor is on standard military
circular connecters.

I suggest you contact Chuck Pharis as he's successfully restored his TK-60 chain to working order http://www.pharis-video.com/p3296.htm .

Hi, Your post caused me to go and look at my TK60 handbook, which like yours has a picture of the PSU but no circuit!! If you do get a circuit I would be very pleased if you could send me a copy as it would come in handy when I get round to restoring my TK60.

My TK60 is a bit dirty, it has the dust of years on it, but it seems to be mostly there. On thing that is missing is the fan roof cover in the top of the camera. pic attached for interest.

On the connector front, Jones plugs sometimes can be found at radio rallies and e-bay but there is some competition from the WW2 vintage radio restorers. However they are still available new http://www.cinch.com/products/electr...-angle-bracket I expect they are expensive!.

Good Luck with your channel.
