yes yours is a nice one , you need to advertise ,show it off aliitle show it working ,put it on ebay with a 1900.00 reserve see what happen's . maybe its a new trend in beverly hills ,remember the lady with the zenith roudie for 10,000 and a private showing,maybe all the rich have to have a vintage tv in there parlers now and 2500,00 is nothing

I have had this set for a good ten years. Played only around the holidays for Cristmas shows. I am glad someone will enjoy this set as I did.

Crongratulations Lee! That is an astounding price.

For those of us who are serious collector/restorrers like yourself, this is very encouraging to see. Perhaps our hobby is not only fun but might also be a good future investmet that will bring a handsome reward for our heirs after we pass on, and our collections are spread to the four winds.

Congrats, glad it went through.

As for affecting the price of every common old B&W set listed on ebay, too late, they are all overpriced now. or maybe not.
