olympic horz issues maybe someone has ideas ?

This thing is one headache anyway here is the scoop , I had drifiting osc issues that went away after I chaned a resistor , I was just about finished and ready to put it in the cabinet when like flipping a switch or cutting a wire it suddenly twisted and no adjustments will straighten it only make it worse , I was touching nothing when it happened , I thought it was the osc transformer but I read it and resistance on it seems close , i will double check it , so heres what the voltages said

v-17 - 6sn7 horz afc / horz osc

pin 1 is 1.5 volts should be -1.4 volts

pin 2 is 140 volts should be 95 volts

pin 3 is 19 volts should be -1.2 volts

pin 4 is -59 volts should be -36 volts (close)

pin 5 is 220 volts should be 135 volts

v-18 horz out 6bg6

in 3 is 9.8 volts , should be 11 volts

pin 5 is -2.75 volts should be 0

pin 6 is same as above

pin 8 is 285 volts should be 250 volts

v-15 sync amp/sync sep 6sn7

pin 2 is 150 volts should be 125 volts

pin 3 is -3.75 should be 3.1 volts

pin 4 is -.31 volts should be -.6 volts

pin 5 is 230 volts should be 212 volts

pin 6 is 2 volts should be 7.8 volts

i will go through it checking resistors again , checkthe new caps , check pin connections , check solder connections and even try tubes again , but does any of the above say anything ?
it is similar to the one that is 10 or 12" on the early tv foundation sams that is there , infact it might be the same but the site is telling me tonight the file is damaged , mine is set 85 folder 10 , the one there is set 67 folder 15

thanks
mike
