Westinghouse 22" rectangular set

I've only seen ads and a sams photofact of the Westinghouse 22" rectangular set from the 50's. Has anyone here actually seen this set, and seen it working?

There is one out there for sure, and maybe another. I've never seen it, or a photo, but am working on getting a photo for our website.

We do have one of the picture tubes at the museum, a CBS H265:

Supposedly the reason no more sets were made using that tube was that they couldn't get the convergence right.
