The mini tuners are I think an early Preset tuner system. I would think it might be worth restoring and listening to as early Fisher stuff is quite collectable.

Actually the tuner knob is perfectly free. It's almost certainly the tuner itself, cuz you can turn the knob all the way around, but it only makes the dial twitch, won't actually tune.

They are a preset system. Very strange, but it works.

Idk, if no one picks it up at the estate sale, I'll fix it up and sell it probably.
