CTC 10 just won!!!!

I did not have a CTC 10 and just got a good deal on Ebay. $45.00!!!! It had 548 views and I was the only bidder. I know some of you here would have wanted the set. Thanks for letting me win. I fully expected the shark bid at the end but it did not come. It is a really nice set and I am again happy to have it. I now have RCA roundies CTC5, CTC7, CTC9, CTC10, CTC11, CTC15, CTC16.

I saw that set early on and was going to post, but since I saw the low opening bid and your ID under it, I figured I'd keep it on the DL. Glad you snagged at such a good price.

AHA! - the three point oxymoronic beauty scale - is it pretty , is it ugly , or is it pretty ugly ?

I actually prefer a vertical set to a horizontal set. The televisions just kept on getting wider and wider and kept the same height. You can have more of the vertical TV sets. They do not take up much floor space!

Hi Polaraman!

That set is identical to my CTC-10! I have no idea of the model number for mine as the original back is long gone. Whats the model # of your set, if you dont mind?

Mine is slowly getting new filters everywhere. B+ increased almost 70 volts after replacing the large caps in the power supply... had to turn everything down, basically!

Restoration will have to wait for now. I'm retiring from the Army in December. I have to be out of my current house at the end of November. I will be returning back to my house in San Antonio.

Pity those moving men! Will the Army pay for the shipping?

I am only allowed 10,500 pounds. 90% of the TV moving is at my expense.
