FS Stewart Warner Mirror in Lid TV NEEDS WOrk

Stewart Warner Mirror in Lid tv.

Needs refinishing. Has a bit of veneer missing lower left corner.

Lid was ripped off of cabinet when I got it. I had to make a new rail on the cabinet where the lid hinges attach to. I cant find the hinges, but there is nothing special about them. The lid pop will also need repair. The rivit where two pieces are attached and swivel is broken.

i have the mirror, but in probably isnt original. it was bedded in the metal frame with window putty. i assume a rubber gasket was originally used.

Prefer local pickup in the Waukegan IL 60085 area.

i am willing to drop this off at the local UPS or FED EX store and let them pack and ship it. you make the drop off and payment arrangments for packing and shipping.

Tony

Hey Tony, maybe it'll sell if you knock the price down a little. The tv market is in a bit of a slump..

I've got one that is missing some parts and has some different damage...I'd probably spend about $100 on this to have enough good parts to make a really nice set from the two...

If anyone knows a more immediate way to contact trainman (Tony Pignaloni) than email (which he seems to not check for days on end) please let me know.

He wants the deal done tomorrow or it gets buried in storage and has not responded to my accepting his terms and needing some info to plan the trip...If I can't plan today I won't go pick it up tomorrow.

If you don't want to sell it, just tell me straight up! If you do please don't make me wait 3 of the 4 days you gave me to work this sale out for a response to my reply to your initial email. My time is very valuable and scarce...If you keep making me waste it I'll find a way to start charging you for it.

Something tells me, you're trying to say, "Either sh#t or get off the pot"!

Kind of. When you don't hear from someone for a couple of months on a deal then get a now or wait indefinitely from them and don't hear back on replying 'OK now' you start to feel like your being played with for someone's amusement...I really don't want to waste a day going to Chicago (there are a million things I need to do to prepare for the ETF), but if he really is serious about it then I will... If I don't get an affirmative response in a few hours I'm canceling my trip there.

If I'm going to Chicago I'm not going to buy just one TV. That much gas calls for setting up other deals with other sellers in the region...If I don't hear back from him I'm wasting other peoples' time because of him which I also don't like (and will blame him for when cancelling those deals).
