Sencore SS105

I recently acquired this Sencore SS105 Sweep Circuit Trouble Shooter with original box and manual

Has anyone ever used one or know about it ?

I have a couple of these and have only used the HO cathode current test. Overall seems kind of handy to have. Let me know if you need any parts.

Thanks for the offer. It's missing one knob, but I'm pretty sure I have some spare pointer knobs around here somewhere.

Hi Bob,

I have one of these, too:

It was given to me at a hamfest in January. I have no documentation for it, so I haven't really used it except to measure cathode current of 6BG6's. Would you mind scanning the manual at some point?

Looks like a handy device!

Hi Clark. Looks like yours is on good condition. Sure, I'll scan it in a day or two.

Thanks, Bob. I'm in no hurry, so whenever you get around to it is fine.

I finally had some time to create a scan of the manual.

I've never tried using mine and don't know if it works.

Thanks, Bob! This is great. It looks like the first thing to do is to recap it. At this point, I haven't even opened it up. I'll post a report when I've had a chance to dig into it.

I have one of these and it's one of my favorite pieces of test equipment. Easy to use, and it has really saved me some time.

Anyone restoring one of these Sencore SS-105 units, I have created a new chart for the drum inside the unit. Just message me and I will gladly forward the file over to you for printing.
