Even though the filiments have continuity, I would not count on that crt having a good vacuum. It is possible, but I would guess the odds are very slim at best.
Someone needs to hit that crt neck with a high voltage tesla coil to see if there is a purple glow. That is the best test to see if it is holding vacuum.

Realistically speaking, how many 'good' 15GP22 kine's are left out there in the wild? I'm guessing not many at all (!)
