Roundies & Others For Sale

Selling off a few sets to clear room

1) CTC-4A "Director 21" Console. Has not been powered up and is untested. Plastic on the yoke is disintigrating (sp). Has original 21AXP22 and set was a one owner in the location it was set up in when new. Good condition and complete except for a few light scrathes on top and the speaker cloth is frayed. $100.00

2) 1965 Sylvania "roundie". Had rebuilt picture tube and flyback installed in the late 70's. All bad tubes replaced. Needs work. Tunar needs work as it will drift out of color sync. Early American maple cabinet. Top could use refinished. $50.00

3) 68 Magnavox console. French provincial with sliding doors. Remote set.
All tubes tested and bad ones replaced. New black-matrix tube intalled in 1976. Set was working. Now has HV but no video. $25.00

4) 60's RCA 13" Color set with factory cart. I think it's a CTC-53. Good pix, $25.00

I'm in Omaha. Will try and get some pix taken for those who are interested.

I'd love to have that CTC4, how much would it be to ship with U-ship to Kenosha Wisconsin? I call dibbs on the set if it's reasonable.

I would like to grab the 13" RCA color set. Don't really need the cart

I realize that this would be a little costly to ship double boxed well cushioned, etc.

Got any pictures?

The CTC-4 is Mark's. Sorry to the others that had emailed me after my posting.
Mark, the portable is in great shape. Cabinet is clean and undamaged. If you want that one as well, email me, and contact the shipper who is picking up the CTC-4.

The other sets are still available as of now.

I decided to let someone else grab the 13" portable, so whoever was next in line gets it. The 4 however, will have to be pried from my cold, dead and stiff hands.

Hey CTC-17!
Not sure where you're located. Did you want to pick it up, or have me check on shipping? Shipping may be a tad high. The set is heavy and would have to be double boxed. Email me if you wish,

I have another set to add to the list. It's a 1979 JC Penney's upright combo unit. (copy-cat to the Magnavox units)
It's a Wells Gardner chassis and the stereo portion has am/fm/turntable and 8-track.
The high voltage module needs replaced as it arcs when turned on. Wells Gardner sets are rare around here, but the chassis design is cool. EVERYTHING is on a module (including the flyback and tripler)
It's free, but is probably a bitch to ship or move.
If interested, p.m me. Also all the other sets listed are still available with the exception of the CTC-4.
