So...who all is up here tonight? (for the ETF swap meet)

WHo all is already up here for the meet tomorrow?

I am here at the EXACT same hotel...in which I got sick a couple of years ago. BUT...I am SURE....I will be ok this time.

I brought everything I talked about--the porta-color, 14" metal Zenith tube set, the sentinel 7 incher, the 12LP4 tube, the 7JP4 tube, the 17 inch predicta tube. The two BW portable 16 inch sets and the little GE portable BW set. The predicta chassis and tuner also. AND a few last--minute surprises..

A handful which HI-FI guys WILL LOVE !!

See you bright and early!

I went to the ETF at about 7..hoping to unload my stuff...but NO ONE was there...

Guess it will have to wait till the morning...

Just inventoried the tubes I brought. Many are common tv tubes---some I have severL of.. Most are NOS..a few used...

Then...there are the tubes from the wurlitzer organ....7--12ax7a.. 2--7868...1--5BC3....2--12fq8...All used...untested..but likely quite good, since the organ they came from...looked to have been sitting for a LONG time. .

I'm here all by myself at home. This is my wife's weekend to work, she told me to call Bethany & Corey & see if they wanted to do anything tonight. I didn't, but I prolly will tomorrow. Corey goes to work, Miss Priss kinda appreciates it if I take her & the kids somewhere, ANYWHERE to get outta the house.

I was there. I happened to stay at the Fairfield too, but arrived at about 2:00AM Ohio time....Did get to meet Kamakiri, BigDavesTV, etc. at breakfast though.

T'was a good TV swap meet....I got three TVs and a tube A/V modulator (like a 1950's version of the modern units).
