For busted plastic I would use polystyrene cement. You know, the stuff used to build model kits. It temporarily softens the plastic and then fuses the broken pieces together forming a solid joint. As for the metal it doesn't look cracked to me, just gouged a little but then again I can't see a lot of detail.

I second that. Almost every RCA is just a potential CRT donor to me.
