Trans-Oceanic knob brights....

Has anyone here purchased the replacement knob brights for their H500 or 600 series TO from antique electronic supply? Just curious if the quality is there. I realize its just a little brass cap, but sometimes those reproduction parts are not of the same material quality as the originals.

Since I've mentioned the knob brights, Ive noticed many 600 series missing them. At one time, I thought the B600 series never had them. I spoke to a TO guy and he told me some B600's had knob brights and others didnt (from the factory). This doesn't sound right. Can anyone confirm this? I have a '59 production B-600, no knob brights. Normally you can tell if it had brights by little residual glue in the center of the knobs, which mine has, but looks like someone tried to carefully clean it away. You can still tell there was glue on there if you look at the knob in the right light.
