Adjusting convergence

Ok so my 20" RCA ATSC TV has been good to me so far. I have cable on it via YPrPb inputs, and it looks fantastic, but I'd like to dial in the convergence on it. It's this set: https://imgur.com/a/vEHqTOB

There are no magnets stickied to the CRT whatsoever, and I saw in my grandmothers nursing home, the same model as mine, and the convergence is amazingly perfect, so I'm almost fairly certain I can dial this in even further.

Is this all done by the rings on the neck of the CRT? Or would this require magnets? I have already rotated the yoke to fix a rotation issue it had, so it's straightened perfectly now.

Service menu has nothing for convergence, only simple geometry stuff (including a very poor pincussion setting, which only adjusts the bottom half and not the top).

If not it's fine either way. This is just a bedroom TV.

IF it has rings they should correct it as it is off evenly. BUT many
have magnetic tape & thats a problem. Need a pix of the neck
component to tell from this end.
Anyhows if it has rings MARK them 1st. The rear ring is purity so
leave it be. There may also be a locking ring on the very rear.

Older pic, but here it is after I just obtained it and opened the back to give it a cleaning and stuff: https://i.imgur.com/Nl97SQa.jpg

I think it was dropped at some point.

Thats got rings. The white crap on them is crooked, usually its not.
It just glues them in place. Make a mark then try to line up the
white glue. If its still stuck it will let go anyways. Very brittle stuff.

Is it possible the glue is crroked because someone once already tried messing with it?

So that went "swell". Yea it was way out of alignment, maybe either a lazy factory worker or some other tampering. It's all good now, as good as it's going to be before one of the rings tab snapped off, giving me the power of Zeus' lightning in my forearm, as when the tab snapped it sent my hand flying towards the board, and my arm caught between the dag ground and the anode, and apparently my skin was just the right path it wanted.

I'm awake now!!

Anyway it's working decent enough for me to not complain.

My end goal at this point was get it lined up vertically at least, as the right side went out of alignment at this point and the ring that snapped was responsible for it. So since I was at least now looking for a vertical lineup, at least the scanlines will be sharp and not so blury.

I'm not going to complain, I got a nice high voltage shock today, and you know what, I'll take my blessings now thanks to that convergence ring tab breaking off. PS, they were very hard to move, not easy whatsoever.

Only other adjustment I can think of needing to do on this TV really, is the horizontal size, but it seems unadjustable. The service manual makes no mention of how to even do it, and the only horizontal adjustment in the service menu is position.
