Zenith vintage color tv on Ebay

It is advertised as early '70s but I am thinking more like '67 or '68. Regardless someone needs to save it! It's way too far from me.

It's too far for me as well. Nothing's ever in MS on ebay. Of course, it wouldn't matter if it was close to home because of that "paypal only" stipulation. But, I won't get started on that.

Hey, I know the feeling, there are rarely any good finds around WI on ebay either. I went to Kansas to get the one in my avatar. One recent find in Cudahy,Wi. Time to start seriously start hitting the estate sales! I'm starting to see more and more new crap at them as time keeps marching on.

Estate sales and wanted ad's seem to be the best source for TV's. The only bad part is that you have to sift through all the Durabrand's, Funai's, and '80's GoldStar's to get the good stuff. BTW, what did you have to do to your Zenith to get it going?

You're right about that. Ugggh! I hate the durabrands! We'll see what happens, I am going to try to make time for some estate sales this weekend or next. I have the gut feeling I'm going to miss out on something good if I don't keep looking. I just don't find 'em like I used to.

I forgot, the zenith is not done yet, she still needs a few caps and the dynamics dialed in. I plan to finish this one after I'm done with my '65 Admiral.http://www.picturetrail.com/gallery/...30&uid=9964638
