1955 Chevrolet Belair
My grandfather bought this car new in December of 1954. I've made a few changes.

Normally I don't care for those cars mainly because they're so common, but this one's a beaut! It's a very nice departure from the usual red 2-door. Is that sapphire blue? What kind of mags are those? What exactly is under the hood? Is that shifter I see for an automatic or a 3-speed manual?

I've always liked the 58's and 59's better...Mostly since they are not the Philco Predicta of the collector car world like the triple 5s.

Very nice. Super clean engine, too. My personal favorite Bow Tie is the 65 Impala.

Those are awesome, although I prefer the '66 used in Dirty Mary Crazy Larry. My favorite Chevy is the '78 2-door Impala. |

This is a beautifully and tastefully done restomod. And a nice car with family history to go with it.

Of all the cars & trucks that had passed through our shop over the years, one of the ones that stands out the most was a plain-jane '55 four door with a 6cyl/3spd. It was a genuine barn find that just needed a basic paint job.
These days, of course, any tri-five, any body style, is like money in the bank.

The alternator belt appears loose.
