I don't know why I picked this thing up. Its a lot bigger than what I like to fool with. Found a blown fuse and 2 shorted power FETs so far. Guess I'll change the switcher chip too.
This is my first experience with a plasma. Maybe my last too. No visible burns on the screen.

Is the power supply its own board? Maybe consider just replacing the whole PSU.

Yes

I can pick up all the parts at Audiolab Atlanta (only 2 miles from me) for right at $20. But I'm afraid I might have a problem on the sustain boards.

If I recall, that model is prone to PS cap failures and YSUS issues. I am shooting from 5-year-old memories though, lol.
