What does these go to?

If it was just a single coil with a frequency range, I would guess a grid-dip meter; but I don't know what has separate oscillator and antenna coils.

Instead of the usual band switch they used these to save $$. The door
on top is where you change them.

The ANT coil only lets signals through for its band.

The OSC coil is in parallel with the tuning cap. When you tune the radio
it changes the freq thus station.

Things are very simple hear. A high end set would be VERY complex
& work a LOT better.

BTW IIRC either National, Drake or Hammerlund used plug ins for post war high end SW's.
