Dunno QUITE where to put this...
I was stumblin' around in the disaster area that is known as my Basement.. Found a RatShak scanner PRO-2022, sez its model #20-127. I THINK I bought this Bad Boi brand new, but its been in the basement since Hector was a Pup, prolly on the order of 10 years. No antenna,no manual,no nothin',ain't even had the heart to plug it in. So what should I do ?!? Ein' I doubt this thing was ever on my Favourite list, I might rather easily be conned into lettin' somebody else be its Proud daddy. Or not, don't know yet. What sayest thou, O my radidio Brethrens ?!?

If it is a police/'sound of municipal' band scanner, then unless your musicnicipalities are about 1+ decades behind the times in hardware it is going to receive bumpkiss (except maybe weather radio)....Most gubament en-tities decided it would be swell to digitize'n'encrypt their walkie talkeis/car radios so us great unwalshed can't follow what they are upta anymore.
If your locality is current with their tech, don't worry it will still make a damn good door stop/anchor/shootin' target.

Wx stations, as pointed out above plus Aircraft, Marine, Railroad as well as 2 meter ham transmissions and a few others can still becreceived on a radio such as this that does not have modern "trunk tracking" and digital reception modes... IMHO, not a worthless door stop yet.
