I've got a couple Sony VTX-1100Rs. Display is just LED 7 segment displays. These are nice for use when you want to use multiple vintage game consoles with a single Composite video monitor. There's multiple composite inputs and 2 selectable RF inputs for consoles that are too old for composite output.
The remote switched power outlet on the back is nice too.
A few I ago I watched the Rodney Dangerfield movie Back To School and spotted one of these tuners as a prop.

Audio signal is A mode sampling rate (sampling frequency) 32kHz Quantized word length 12bit (4ch: 3-1 stereo method) / B mode sampling rate 48kHz Quantized word length 16bit (2ch) quasi-instantaneous compression DPCM (Differential PCM) By reducing the transmission rate by), 15 bits are reduced to 8 bits in A mode and 16 bits are reduced to 11 bits in B mode. To reduce the bit amount, the difference value is measured using a local decoder at the time of DPCM encoding , and the transmission amount is reduced by determining the audio level represented by the data by a bit representing a scale called a range bit according to the change difference. By these processes, the audio transmission rate is set to 1350 kbps. DPCM carries the differences in the sampled data. For this reason, when an error occurs due to a failure in the transmission line, the error may accumulate and the decoded signal may not be reproduced correctly. In order to reduce this, there is a coefficient called a leak value for integrating with the previous difference signal. The error accumulated in the subsequent audio data can be reset by the leak value. Error correction codes are also added to these digital data, and they play a role in eliminating noise that is jarring to the auditory sense due to errors that occur in the transmission line. This audio transmission coding method is named DANCE (DPCM Audio Near-instantaneous Compressing and Expanding).
