New here

Just wanted to say hello to everyone and introduce myself... My name is Rick and I am in the Buffalo NY area. Besides being an electronics fanatic I am also into old cars and from my login I am restoring a 1966 Chevy C10 Stepside. For my electronic projects I am currently working on an early 60's Olson AM214 stereo tube amplifier and the RA524 FM stereo receiver, next project is a Magnavox tv/receiver/phono console which looks to be a MV353R from 1957.

Nice to have you. I just finished up a Magnavox MV353RI about a year ago. I got everything working except replacing the cartridge in the Collaro changer. I have the Sams for the TV and a schematic for the amp if you need a copy.

Thanks for the information, I'm sure I will need the Sams schematics when I dive into it - if you have an electronic copy of them I will pm you my email address.

I think I can scan and email them to you. If you want to send me your email address, I'll see what I can do.
