this is good!
Think cd player with the tube amp. then try some of the old full range big speakers! nice... stuff. Another way to think about it is almost pro gear converted for the home ? sure we segway between the two, clear evidence is the classic speakers like , altec, jbl, klips, ev .. ect. then what those a guitar player use? tubes! yep.. its clear even at rudimentary levels.
