Setchell Carlson model 3CL65 available S Eastern PA
Hi Folks,
I've watched this forum awhile. It's time to make a post. I have a Setchell Carlson model 3CL65 television that is looking for a new home. It is not working. It has been sitting in my dad's living room for a long time. We had to get it out to make room. The cabinet is n very nice shape. Please let me know if you would like to come and pick it up. It is located in Chester County, just outside of Pottstown, Pa. 19465 jollyjohn |

I, for one, would be very interested. I'm not the closest though (few hours away). If one of the "PA" guys has already grabbed this...maybe I can interest them in a trade? I've wanted an S-C for a while now.

There may be a picture of it on the cover of SAMS 752-3, but mine don't go that recent. Must be mid to late 60's

It would be about '65. I'm willing to make the drive, if it is available.

I sent him a PM to take a look. I'm only 20 miles away. No answer yet.

Setchell Carlsons were arrely seen in these parts. The only ones I did see were in Schools as AV monitors with tuners. they were mid-60's 23" BW sets with a control cluster under the CRT between two large speakers.

He did respond and said he had three interested lookers and would keep me as #4. Not waiting by the phone but holding a Yuengling Black & Tan in hand. Any photos of the set to be posted for the curious?
