Hey Bill;
I don't know what kind of BOL you've been playing with, but mine is very gentle with the records. It tracks at a very light 1 1/4 oz. which is very light compared to almost anything else of that vintage and it sounds terrific. The changer is a Webster Chicago Deluxe auto sorting unit, and I'd rather play my 78's on this machine than any of my other vintage phonographs.
