I like this "colored" TV, but I'd like to know who appraised it at $650? I'd like to call their bluff and say "I'll give you that amount if you can show me the written appraisal"

Might be nice to know what brand it is too...?

The one you show is a Magnavox... Divide the price by 10, then the seller is in the ballpark. Nice set, I agree! If I were to get a Maggie combo, that's the one I'd look for.

Yeah, those sliding doors on the top (a good idea, IMHO) should have tipped me off!

Someday when I get my "keeper" house, I'll want a big combo unit with doors over the TV. That way, I can actually have TWO old TVs in the living room, but they'll both serve a purpose without me looking like a TV-nut... Until my TV-friends come over and I show them both off!
