Yep. Always hate to see that, you wonder what happened to make the person want/have to do that...Usually a death, or dire straits of some sort...

There's a large telephone collection in Birmingham that's being sold off of eBay too.

Interesting collection of radios and portable TV sets... Noticed there is a couple of european radios amongst them all..... Yep looks like somebody's having a clean out or deceased estate....

More TVs added to the sale.

I kinda like this Emerson even though it's a little beat up. http://cgi.ebay.com/Vintage-Antique-...-/260793363814

Somebody is sure going to be busy over the next couple weeks! Some interesting stuff, but no room for it here.

What year would that little Crown portable be from?
I'm guess late 1960's?

Same here.Full up. That Porthole Combo I picked up is a space hog but I love it.
Kinda sucks that all this stuff is right under our nose here in MD and we both have neither the room or money.Cost me over $100 in gas to get the Porthole...whew. Well somebody's gonna get a lot of new toys. I do have a watch on the Predicta with the good screen since I don't have one but I probably won't be able to afford it in the end.

Don't worry Bryan I will take that CTC25 off your hands after I get rid of some ugly uninteresting 60s console jukeboxes I've offered up cheap to the jukebox collecting community as a package deal.

I dig the Zenith 19K20, that grill cloth looks great. I'd say this collector passed away. The last picture of the Zenith has a shot of it plugged in and the set doesn't look restored. This stuff is always kinda sad for me. Makes you wish a close relative would care enough to keep the collection together. On the other hand, if he kept everything he could get his hands on they may just be overwhelmed.

I hope these go to a good home!
