1983 Samsung Celebrity K20 chassis has vertical shrinkage

Set starts up normal. After warm up, it starts shrinking. I'm guessing caps in the vertical section. Should I start with those?

Resolder the vertical IC, or output transistors first, then replace caps.

Ok, will do. It might be loose because tapping on it corrects it temporarily.

Yep, most likely bad solder on the transistors/IC due to heat and age. On old solder particularly, it's helpful to add some flux to the crusty joints, flood with fresh solder, then wick all the old solder off. Clean the board, add a bit more flux, resolder transistors/IC, then clean the flux.
