That is a cool set. Of all the RCA roundies I really like the looks of the 11 the best. Way too far away for me though.

That is a real beauty!

Classic look!
That VHF knob set-up is very pretty and interesting. It looks delicate by design. I guess it was made to look pretty to the ladies but like a lot of lady stuff it falls apart!
Would one turn channels with the little center knob? Oh, now I'm thinking you turn the chipped ring and tune it with the little center knob? I am surprised there are no finger-tip scrapes around the knob.
If that were my set I would create a mold and get lucite to reproduce that knob to exacting standards.

The fine tuning is the small top knob. Channel selection is by the large knob. It is made up of some weights to keep the channel numbers on top. I believe the entire channel selector knob assembly, numbers and all, is one stock number.

Off-on-volume is the inside knob of one of the lower controls.

Does anybody here have an extra VHF channel selector like this one? This is just like the one that my CTC 10C set has on it at this time. Thanks!

holmes, can you get a good photo of your knob? I think I have some like this. I think Zenith or maybe some others used a similiar design and some of what I have might be for them. And RCA had more than one design. I have an -11 and it doesn't exactly match some others I've seen.

Surprising that the -11 outpriced the -5. But the -11 has more style, I would say, and sometimes that is all that matters.

I am missing the camera to USB port cable for my one and only camera. That knob in that pic is exactly like mine, though. Its not made like a Zenith knob, though, that had the weight in it. It slides onto a 2 piece assembly on the front of the tuner. Hard to explain, though.

USB memory card readers are pretty cheap now - I recommend getting on to save your camera batteries, and then you don't have to find a replacement for your lost cable either.
