dogbone type capacitors

ok guys,this is unusual for me and am having a hard time reading the color coding..is this 53pf?or 33? i dont understand the color coding on this,green marks on both sides is what throws me off..
still working on that ctc-5..

thanks for the link eric,still kinda confused with these dogbone type of caps..the green bands on each side throws me off,dont know if i am reading correctly from either direction..i can swap it with something i suspect is close.. and i get color.!
time will tell..sure is hard to work on this chassis outside the cabinet..a few intermitt problems,have been replacing a lot of off value resistors..
