1948 Westinghouse Combo

Big and beautiful, I bid $10 on Thursday evening and no one else bid at all.
I didn't need it but wasn't going to let it go if no one else bid.
The speakers and tubes are worth more than I paid but I want to keep it all together and restore it if possible.

It's missing the VM400 Changer, does anyone have a good photo of what it looks like? or a picture of one of these that hasn't been molested?
I could use some guidance figuring out where all the wiring goes and what else might be missing.

the cabinet was altered inside slightly, some wood added for a shelf and the left dummy door was unglued so it could be used for storage or something.

This picture came from the Web but this is what it looks like.

That's a nice one. Probably their TOTL model for '48.

Yes it's very pretty, unfortunately that picture is from the Web, here's mine, looks good but someone butchered up the Speaker door.

The door is supposed to have two positions, open where the Grille Cloth is showing and closed so it's wood all across the bottom, someone cut out the wood and installed another speaker, after the first one went bad I suppose.
It will be difficult or impossible to patch that hole and get the finish to match correctly, it's also curved slightly acoss the front so that adds to the problem.
I'm hoping to find someone with a parts set that'll sell me the door.

I can still turn it to the Grille Cloth position though so it's not a deal breaker.

A few more pics of the unit.

It has a great Dial Face, it has Shortwave, AM and FM, an Eye tube and maybe something else I'm forgetting.
10 tubes plus the 5U4 Rectifier and the 6U5 Eye.
6L6 Audio Outputs, should sound very good.

I have no idea, it isn't working yet, or at the very least the speaker isn't hooked up.

I powered it up and nothing went poof but no sound either, the extra added speaker wasn't connected and I wasn't sure how it was supposed to be connected so I left it alone until I get time to figure it out.

I did get a replacement VM changer for it that plays all three speeds, it fits in the original location without any mods and looks correct.
