The first one looks like a late '80s Curtis Mathes. I'm not a fan of CM TVs, but this one looks like it might be a re-badged RCA with the 27" square-corner tube and maybe a CTC140 chassis.
The other one is definitely an RCA XL100 from probably about '84-'85, and probably has a CTC120 chassis.
The CM definintely looks like a CTC 140 and I think you're also right on the RCA being about 1984.
