We had a "practice set" in HS shop that was a GE that looked like that.
It was an RCA clone chassis "CA" from 1965 with a 21FJP22. It worked OK but had almost no red and I practiced using the CRT tester on it. Needless to say, it wouldn't restore. I'd say a CB-21 from 1966 was similar, but never saw one of those.
