Yep, pretty sure it's a 1959 RCA CTC9. Looks identical to the first color set that I ever restored back in the early 70s. Loved that set, and watched it as our main TV, when I was still living with my parents. (I'm almost 65 years young now). I had replaced the CRT, had great color most of the time, however nearly everything that was suppose to be green (IE grass, green traffic lights, etc), always looked blue, even though it had really good gray scale, and a strong green gun. Also that was the one that always had ringing to the right of images which turned out to be a bad delay line. Sold the set after about 5 years of usage when I upgraded to a CTC38 color RCA. The person who bought it used it for another 3 or 4 years until the flyback smoked out. I now have another CTC9 which I restored just for old times sake.
